Board Meetings
We would like to extend a warm invitation to all of you to join our upcoming Board Meetings. These meetings are held every second Monday of the month, starting at 6:30pm. Your presence and participation are highly valued as we believe in the power of collective decision-making and community engagement.
Attending our Board Meetings provides you with an opportunity to stay informed about the important decisions and discussions taking place within our organization. It is a platform where you can voice your opinions, share your ideas, and contribute to shaping the future of our community. Your input and perspectives are crucial in ensuring that our decisions align with the needs and aspirations of our diverse community.
Annual Board Meeting
The Annual Board Meeting is an important event that takes place once a year in December. During this meeting, the community has the opportunity to re-elect the current Board of Directors or establish a new Board if necessary. It serves as a platform for residents to actively participate in the decision-making process of their community.
Prior to the meeting, residents will receive a proxy in the mail, 14 days in advance. This proxy allows them to cast their vote if they are unable to attend the meeting in-person. It ensures that every resident's voice is heard and their vote is counted.

Budget Workshop
The Budget Workshop is an important event held toward the end of the year to discuss and plan the budget for the following year. This workshop provides an opportunity for the Board to carefully analyze and allocate funds to meet the needs of our community. It serves as a platform for open discussions and decision-making regarding community funding.
During the Budget Workshop, the Board takes into consideration various factors such as maintenance costs, improvement projects, and any upcoming expenses that may arise. The aim is to ensure that the allocated funds are utilized effectively and efficiently to enhance the overall quality of our community.
Attending the Budget Workshop is highly informative for residents as it sheds light on how their HOA fees are utilized. It provides a transparent overview of the financial aspects of our community, helping homeowners understand the value they receive in exchange for their fees. Furthermore, it allows residents to voice their concerns, suggestions, and priorities regarding the budget, fostering a sense of community involvement and ownership.
